We require a 72 hour notice for deposit refund or any changes/cancellation of reservation. If you paid with a credit card, there will be a 3.6% fee for refund to reverse the transaction.
Yes, a deposit of one night's stay is required to secure your reservation. For more information, please submit an inquiry form and the host will reach out to you.
Each cottage accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably. All cottages feature 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Additional guests may be subject to additional fees — please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that all guests be respectful of neighboring cottages and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Please note that credit card payments may incur a small processing fee. Cash payments are accepted on arrival for any remaining balance.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive detailed instructions for your arrival including access codes and parking information. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
